If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return, we will gladly offer a refund on all products within 7 days from the day you receive your products,
1.E-mail us at email@example.com to tell us and quote your order number. Failure to provide the quote number will result in a longer process time for refund.
2.We will send you a returns form that you have to fill and print out to include in your returns package.
3.Pack your products in the original packaging and make sure you include the returns form. If you do not have the original packaging, make sure that you use a safe packaging to protect the products.
4.For all returns, please send to our address at: Cheek Fleek Sdn. Bhd. (No 14, Jalan TSB 4, Taman Industri Sungai Buloh, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia).
5.Once you have sent your package, retain the proof of postage. Scan/Take a photo of it and e-mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to do so will result in delay of refund.
6.Once we receive your return package, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
We regret that we cannot reimburse shipping charges that customers have paid during first purchase and postage costs for items returned.
We are not responsible for the lost/damage of the products during the transit of the return. If products are lost/damage, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. Following at the charges for the different payment methods:

10% of the total amount will be deducted for transaction fee and handling of products.
Online transfer/Online Banking
5% of the total amount will be deducted for transaction fee and handling of products.
