Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?

Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.

Are your products authentic

Yes! We take pride in our products. We promise every single product that you see in our website is 100% authentic. We have partnership directly with some of the brands and also authorized distributors.

How can I cancel my order?

We will try our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can “catch” the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product, in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action.
